So I’ve been talking about making leather accessories for a few years now and I’m happy to announce that in the past few months, I’ve FINALLY started creating things! I’ve bought tools and leather from Tandy, watched hours and hours of Youtube videos and downloaded some great starter patterns from make supply. It’s a bit difficult to find time at the moment, as I’m also teaching, but when I get a spare minute, I go down into the ‘cantina’ (our basement) and cut, dye, sand and sew which is proving to be a great creative outlet and stress relief! Still learning to sew straight and deciding on a name/logo but below are some of the initial pieces…
